Assetz Property Group is set to launch a brand-new residential project in the KR Puram area of North Bangalore in January 2026. The upcoming development will offer around 200 smartly planned 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments. RERA approval is under process and possession is expected by 2029.

This will be Assetz's second residential project in KR Puram, following the successful launch of Assetz Sun & Sanctum.

The project is strategically located in KR Puram, Bangalore. KR Puram is a fast-growing locality with excellent connectivity to Whitefield, ITPL, Outer Ring Road, and the upcoming Metro line.
