Assetz Group entered a strategic Development Management Agreement (DMA) with KVN Properties LLP to develop a premium residential project on a 5.6-acre parcel in North Bengaluru, with an estimated GDV of ₹1,000 crore spanning nearly 1 million sq ft. Under the agreement, KVN finances land and construction while Assetz acts as Development Manager.

The project — the RERA-approved evolution of Assetz Codename The Hideaway — received RERA registration (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/020425/007646) in April 2025, with possession expected by March 2030.
