Assetz Launches Luxury Residential Component at Melodies of Life
Bengaluru-based real estate firm Assetz has launched a luxury residential project in the southern, eastern part of Bengaluru, offering 204 units of three-bedroom apartments, starting at 2.3 crores. Melodies of Life Apartments is spread over a land area of around 3 acres and is situated off Hosa Road, in Choodasandra.
Project Specifications
The development includes two towers in a mainly low-rise neighbourhood, with the size of the apartments varying between 1,827 and 1,853 sq ft. All units are configured as three-bedroom homes, designed for families seeking spacious, contemporary living.
Amenities include a dual clubhouse (38,000 sq ft shared with the plotted development), padel and pickleball courts, and double-height lobbies. According to Assetz CEO Akshay Dewani, the intent was to create a residential environment that feels grounded and closely connected to nature, integrating features such as native landscaping and carefully selected material palettes, along with modern sports facilities.
Location and Connectivity
The project is roughly a 15 minute distance from HSR Layout. Once a narrow rural stretch on the south-eastern fringe of Bangalore, Hosa Road has rapidly evolved into a critical link between Electronic City and Sarjapur Road and is now a preferred address for tech professionals and families because of its seamless connectivity, emerging infrastructure, and proximity to IT hubs.
The Namma Metro Yellow Line will have a station on Hosa Road, which became operational in August 2025. Hosa Road acts as a vital link between East and South Bangalore, providing direct access to Electronic City and Sarjapur Road.
