Assetz Officially Launches Mizumi Reserve — 704-Unit Luxury Integrated Township Phase 1 off Hosur Road, South-East Bengaluru

Assetz Mizumi Reserve Formally Launches Phase 1 on South-East Bengaluru Corridor

Assetz has announced the launch of Assetz Mizumi Reserve, an expansive luxury residential development off Hosur Main Road, South-East Bengaluru. The announcement came on 24 February 2026, with formal marketing events held on 28 February and 1 March. Phase 1 comprises 5 towers and 704 premium apartments, split between 3 dedicated to 3 BHK residences and 2 to 4 BHK residences.

Master Plan and Scale

The project sits within a larger strategic vision. This launch unveils the first chapter of a micropolis, currently set across approximately 25 acres and comprising 10 towers, two clubhouses and a dedicated 2-acre expanse exclusively for leisure and amenities, complemented by a vibrant sports district featuring 12+ outdoor sports. Assetz Mizumi Reserve is envisioned as a self-sustained micropolis of scale, thoughtfully designed to evolve into a world of its own.

Apartment Configuration and Design

The project features exclusively 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments, with super built-up areas ranging from 1,901 sq. ft. to 2,477 sq. ft. These homes are designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living, highlighted by expansive luxury terrace balconies measuring up to 16'4" x 10'4".

The development places emphasis on open land and natural features. With ~77 per cent open space, verdant landscaping and life beside two natural lakes, the development places nature at the centre of everyday life.

Amenities and Clubhouse

Each phase boasts clubhouses and indoor amenities of ~63,000 sq. ft. along with over 30 curated amenities, including temperature-controlled swimming pools, padel and pickleball courts, tennis courts, multipurpose court, alongside leisure zones featuring outdoor sports.

Sustainability and Environmental Design

Assetz Mizumi Reserve features rainwater harvesting, deep recharge pits, water reuse systems, dual plumbing, energy-efficient lighting, solar power generation and an organic waste converter, enabling zero waste to landfill. Designed according to sun path analysis and enhanced with significant green cover, the development is planned to maintain lower internal temperatures compared to the surrounding cityscape.

Location and Connectivity

Strategically located off HSR Layout, Assetz Mizumi Reserve enjoys connectivity to key city hubs, including Electronic City, Koramangala and HSR Layout. Major employment centres across the Marathahalli–Outer Ring Road IT belt, which houses a significant share of Bengaluru's IT and GCC workforce, are all within a comfortable 20-minute drive, making everyday commutes effortless.

With proximity to Kudlu Gate and Hosa Road Metro stations, and arterial roads such as Hosur Road and Outer Ring Road, the project offers a rare combination of serene living and strong urban connectivity. The neighbourhood is equally well-supported by reputed educational institutions, leading healthcare facilities and popular lifestyle destinations, most within a 15-minute drive.

Project Naming

The name Mizumi, meaning "lake" in Japanese, reflects the project's defining identity — life beside two serene water bodies and expansive green landscapes.

South-East Bengaluru Context

Hosur Road (NH-44) is a major South Bangalore corridor connecting the city to Electronic City and further to Tamil Nadu. The area has seen significant residential development driven by proximity to Electronic City IT hub, Wipro, Infosys, and other major tech companies. Significant infrastructure improvements, such as the 10-km elevated highway from Silk Board to Electronic City, have transformed travel along Hosur Road. Developed by the National Highways Authority of India under the Bangalore Elevated Toll ways Ltd. (BETL) project, this elevated highway starts at Bommanahalli after the Central Silk Board flyover and extends up to Electronic City, standing at 17 meters high – the tallest flyover in Bangalore.
