The award recognises the developer's strategic direction and operational momentum across a high-growth year, marked by significant land acquisitions, capital infusions, and the launch of multiple residential communities across Bengaluru.

2025 Growth Milestones

The Bengaluru-based integrated real estate developer has been making strategic land acquisitions, fund infusions, and project launches through 2025. Backed by Motilal Alternates, the company acquired an 11.5-acre site in East Bengaluru with a planned GDV of ₹1,400 crore. This acquisition is part of a broader land assembly strategy: over the past two years, Assetz secured 200 acres of land in Bengaluru, aiming to deliver over 7,500 homes.

These acquisitions form part of Assetz's strategy to launch projects totalling 65 lakh sq ft in FY2026, representing about ₹15,000 crore GDV.
